Wayground Wonder
Wayground (formerly Quizizz) is a tool used for student-paced participation in gamified assessments and interactive lessons. Both assessments and lessons can be completed in “live” or in “homework” mode. Students can use a smartphone, tablet, or computer to participate and receive immediate feedback.
Why This Badge?
Wayground engages students in game-based learning and allows teachers to add interactive elements to their lessons. It allows for student-paced participation but encourages fun and competition in the classroom with the use of a leaderboard during a live activity. Teachers can launch Wayground activities live in class or use them as homework. This tool allows teachers to view real-time results of student progress and it also stores prior data.
